§ 01

Service description

Property Tax Radar ("we") provides a free, informational analysis of public property appraisal records. We use publicly available county appraisal district data — and where available, county-provided sales data — to identify properties that statistically appear overassessed relative to comparable properties. We do not act as your agent, attorney, or tax advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information shown here.

§ 02

No warranty

The analysis is provided "as is." We make no warranty that any flagged parcel is in fact overassessed, that a protest will succeed, or that any estimate is accurate to the dollar. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data shown. Public appraisal records may contain errors and may not reflect recent changes to a property's assessment. This service is provided without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

§ 03

Appeal deadlines

Filing deadlines vary by county and assessment year. The deadlines shown on this site are provided for general reference only. Always confirm the current deadline directly with your county appraisal district before filing. We are not responsible for missed deadlines based on information shown here.

§ 04

Affiliate relationships

This site contains compensated referral links to Ownwell and potentially other property tax appeal services. If you sign up through one of these links, we earn a referral fee at no additional cost to you. These service partners perform their own independent evaluation of your property and manage the appeal or protest process on your behalf.

§ 05

Data sources

We ingest public appraisal rolls published by county appraisal districts. We do not claim ownership of this data. All property records remain the property of their respective county authorities.
